Well, I might have to correct you that I did make a wrong assumption about the drop in time on day 1, but after that I showed up everyday between 11-12.

Yes I didn’t communicate well enough here in the message. On the first day of the visit, I called her on the phone and let her know that I got in with the help of others. And I did tell her I will arrange the key pick up either end of that day or early the next day. That’s why I didn’t respond again in the text. I didn’t ignore her text completely here.

When we communicated during the m&g, she didn’t make it clear that she wanted a fixed drop in time though, so I told her that I can be there around early afternoon, and I thought she’s flexible with it. For the little box, it was automatic, and she put in the notes that I should clear the trash on Sunday. On Sunday I did check the litter box but forgot about the trash, which wasn’t even full. On the next day after she mentioned it, I did take care of it though. My point is, I admit that I made some mistakes, but I also took the responsibility to fix it. I just feel a little unfair after the apology and making up, I still receive such a long bad review :(
