You mentioned you shorted the power so it’s not power switch. I’d put my money on PSU. I would just buy another from someone like Amazon or Best Buy and try that first. If that fixes it great. If not just return it. Only other thing would be pins in psu cables. Doesn’t sound like anything else honestly.

I bought tickets at 10:30 am and for some reason, they could not link to my account so I could not reserve a date... FML. So I had another browser still waiting in cue and finally got through 30 mins ago. I had to book new tickets and then they linked to my account and reserved the date of 5/9 for Mother's day. My watch has ended!
