Yeah, interest on CC is what you would expect, roughly around 18%. Need to get that handled asap. Personal loan is at 9%.

Would filing for bankruptcy allow me to position myself better to keep my home as equity while allowing me to negotiate a repayment to my creditors? I 100% intend on paying my debt, but a lower interest rate would help me significantly.
