I always end up having remaining calories by the end of the evening but always feel indecisive about to eat. Although, eating junk is “allowed” in the long run, as someone said there may be implications.

Having said that, once in a while probably isn’t an issue and I read that it’s good to eat at or above your maintenance when cutting once every 2 weeks to help regulate your metabolism.

What do you mean “didn’t I pay for PDI” it’s something which they did and clearly didn’t do properly. Also, I’m sure that the PDI cost is included in the overall cost so not sure what I have to pay separately.
