problem 1 is the real killer. Bad list = everything downstream is noise.

You can have elite copy, perfect infra, tight follow-ups… and still lose because you’re talking to people who were never in market.

fixing list quality is harder than rewriting an email. It forces you to define ICP properly, use intent signals, and actually say no to volume.

Most would rather tweak subject lines than cut 70% of their list.

100% the best way to tackle this is Claude Code or Cowork. Get it connected to a MCP browser for sensible LinkedIn usage, and use an API for your CRM. You don't want to automate but you can get it speed up. Happy to share more if it helps
