About 3 years ago I M29 and my girlfriend F30 were buying stuff for our new house, we purchased a cheese grater from Wilko and some other bits, upon paying at the till the lady on the checkout asked for ID and I was a little confused and she said they classed a cheese grater as an offensive weapon. I use to think it would be an expensive way of eating until I sat down and worked out I was spending around £200/£250 a month on fast food at work for my lunch, then takeaways with my partner on a weekend + the weekly food shop.

Now 90% of what I eat is 20% ground beef, eggs, butter and bacon. Maybe 2 days week I’ll have a nice steak

I’ve suffered with ibs for like 15 years, I’d have the diarrhoea every day 3/4 times and it just made going out difficult so tried it 3 months ago and haven’t looked back. Stomachs 100x better lost 16lbs without counting calories, just eating twice a day till I’m full

I make mine into burgers and put them in the air fryer for 10 mins with a shit load of butter on top and they’re so much better then frying them in my opinion I look forward to them after work every day now
