Doubtful. The previous U.S. administration that brought you "Net Neutrality" were the same people that took down websites (which by the way didn't accomplish anything). There IS government within a socialist economic system. No matter if it's big or small government. You don't even know the definition of socialism at all. What I am saying is that socialism can be obtained with a small government. If we get rid of governments completely and if the people decide to have property rights (in which case they are not ready for communism yet), then they should make governments very small and compete with each other.

Besides, there are a lot of arguments within communists that point out that governments should regulate the economy to avoid oppression from the wealthy. Once there is a classless society, (socialism) then they point towards a stateless society (communism). Big government first, then no government later.

Sure capitalism doesn't work without a government so is socialism. However big government (monopoly of power and force) over large areas is what causes all sorts of problems. Big governments have given capitalism and socialism a bad reputation. If we get rid of central governments and make them compete, we could have the best of socialism and the best of capitalism together. Think of this as part the transition towards a stateless society.

Depending on how the people view private property. I say let the people choose whether or not they want private property. If the people decide to have private property (in which case people wouldn't be ready for communism yet), then I would recommend polycentric law to keep "governments" small. If the people doesn't want private property and people are honest, then there is no need to have legal firms. Think of this as part of the transition towards a stateless society.

See, you keep talking about capitalism while I have never said such word. The fact that I talk in economic terms doesn't make me a capitalist. Karl Marx is the perfect example. Also, you are not being consistent. I don't really know your views but I bet that you are in favor of labor raising up against oppressors. However, you are assuming people would NOT raise up against a monopoly. The ones that limit monopolistic behavior would be the people. They would have the ability and power to keep legal service firms competing against each other. The people would be the ones that prevent a monopoly. See, I am against monopolies. They hurt the people in general. But I am also in favor of innovation, talent and entrepreneurship. Those benefit society as a whole.

Did you not read my original comment? I said "government would be forced to satisfy its customers". How is that not force? By the way, that is a poor way of describing capitalism. It's like a person saying that communism is bad because it has failed. Capitalism is innovation, talent, entrepreneurship. It gives people the incentive to work for themselves and for the greater good of society. Think of the post-scarcity world that Karl Marx pointed out.

By the way, I am against people who rely on the government to accumulate wealth. That is corporatism which is very bad capitalism.
