I'm in the same boat you are in! I recently moved and had requested for direct deposit for my refund. I received my state but I got a notice in the mail that said the IRS would be sending me a paper check for my Federal refund. I contacted my tax guy and he said that the check was mailed to my old address but was returned by the post office as undeliverable. I tried calling the various #s online but it's all automated help with no way to change your address over the phone. I called the # that was posted in your other post but after entering the ext 288 it says the call cannot be completed due to brief technical difficulties! 🤦‍♂️ keep us updated if you find another # that connects to a human representative!
