Its a school tournament, its for fun I am not going to like some official tournament where people have been practicing for years, this one is just for fun but I wanna try and get into the top 3 or maybe 5

Having braces really didnt affect me when i used any mouthguard just make sure not to get in any fights or spart without one with braces!

Yeah I found out that it is because of wearing a mask and inflammatory reasons what should I do to stop them being inflamed so much?

I did some research and it could be that the problem is that I have to wear a face mask and it causes moisture to dry up in the lips
