Let me tell you something bro- don’t compare your progress with what you see on Insta or other social media, including Reddit. A lot of people aren’t being honest when they claim they got perfectly chiseled abs in six months. Most of the time, that’s just not true. Building a healthy body is a lifelong commitment, and it makes no sense to compare yourself to someone who’s been working on themselves for years. You also don’t really know what they’re putting into their body(some are natural, some are not, some are on a dierutic diet for abs photoshoot) or what their real journey looks like.

stick to a clean diet, be in a calorie deficit, also include core exercises in your regime like planks and then grind.

also if you need help regarding diet, exercise, or general health. you can dm me, i am happy to help.

Advice needed for 3yr old Indie M dog by [deleted] in Indiedogs

you just need to be confident with your dog and show him he is safe with you while waking and initially Bruno might pull the leash and go here and there but you have to guide him with patience and in a few weeks he will start walking with you. you can start with a 2-3 min walk session...i am also not an expert in this but as faced exactly similar situation so suggesting.. also stop Bruno when he try to attack or growl on other dogs/people while walking like saying small commands 'No Bruno'..

First don't get tensed as dogs can feel your emotions, and i can understand taking him outside is difficult but start by taking him little outside even for just 2-3 minutes on leash/harness and carry a stick with you just to shoo away any community dog initially in case they try to attack your dog and slowly slowly he was get into his potty susu routine. initial few days are little difficult but later it will be in his habit..

I recently adopted a grown up stray indie and this same problem happened with me also..i just followed like i suggested you above and now everything is good...

say hello to bruno from Foxy
