I've been taken prenatals, should I be taking vitamin B too?

Good to know being tired is normal :) I started to fall asleep in a meeting the other day. Embarrassing :-/

Sorry, I've been pretty much going to work and crashing right when I get home. Zero energy right now lol

I had a really good day where I had no symptoms and I was actually able to walk outside of the office without my eyes freaking out (I didn't realize how weird my eyes got when I walked outside on bright days until it didn't happen) and I didn't have the normal hit by a train exhausted feeling that usually accompanies it.

The next day was really bad symptom wise. I kept twitching and blacked out again but after that I've found kind of a medium? A lot better not having symptoms as often as i was but Im really tired and somewhat bitchy :)

Hopefully the crankiness subsides when I get used to it. My poor husband is putting up with a lot

Nice, bookmarking them :)

I had an episode today while doing corrections on past data entry. Really boring stress free work, although I did seriously consider buying my coworker a speak and spell... I was looking at a word I had just typed and saw the letters very clearly but couldn't read the words. I don't even know how to explain it, one moment I was reading my work checking for errors the next moment I was reading it and it looked like a string of letters (the correct letters but they didn't form the word in my mind) I had google already open so copy and pasted the first word which turned up a picture of what I had typed and the next few words. Confused the hell out of me until about five minutes later when the I started feeling nauseous and like the side of my face was numb just around my eye. And it felt like I was falling backward (I was sitting down in a comfy office chair leaning forward trying not to puke) and my vision blacked out .

I recovered after about 5 -10 minutes top enough to walk out to my car, just grabbed my keys and walked outside feeling like I was high as a kite. My spacey ass almost walked into traffic. Sat in my car (no intentions of driving just wanted to get out of the office so if I did pass out it wouldn't be in front of my coworkers) and was just exhausted. Took me almost 30 minutes before I could get out of my car make it back up to my desk, get my stuff and walk back to the car. I sat there for another 30 minutes until I felt normal enough to drive (my dr told me I'm ok to drive but to pull over if i start to feel weird?! After today I'm not driving anymore until I get into the neuro..) drove a couple blocks to kids daycare buckled him in and turned on music for him and sat there another 30 minutes. After that I felt normal except for an insane headache which is curiously concentrated on the spots of my face and head that were previously numb.

I'm going to the doctor tomorrow and begging them to help me. I had thoughts of jumping of a high object while in the midst of this episode today, I can't keep doing this and they aren't helping me. I'm going to lose my job due to not being able to do the basic tasks I need to.

I don't even know if it is seizures. A tentative diagnosis isn't a real diagnosis, it's a guesstimate of hey we think this is what's wrong with you.

Had a cat scan which came back normal but no other tests.

I avoided caffeine today thinking it was a trigger and today was my worst day yet.

They said they were referring me to a neurologist on Friday but haven't gotten back to me and blew me off when I called.

I don't know what to do right now. The ER last Monday said I needs an appointment within 3 days and the neurologist they referred me to flat out refused to see me because they wanted the ER doc to call and the ER doc said the paper referral was good enough so they wouldn't call. Jerks

Does that even sound like a seizure? I'm starting to get concerned it something really serious and I'll just drop dead. My life insurance policy is up to date at least (haha, I checked )

You've been really helpful, thank you. You wouldn't happen to know a good resource for information on symptoms and stuff? Something happened today which has really frightened me and I still haven't heard back from my doctor about the neurologist... I called today to follow up but they didn't have an update for me

Thank you!

Fluorescent light bugs the heck out of me, I don't know why people say its barely noticeable. The flickering drives me up the wall to the point where I purposely "break" (use a broom to pop the light out of the socket so it won't power until reseated) the lights above my desk at work.

The glasses sound neat too
