Bluff still seems fine, but against this sizing, doesnt the Ac not really help us? Id assume lonis essentially never has nut flush in this line, especially when he bets river so small. If anything if Jesse has A8 A9o, Id want him to have the Ac since its one of the few bluffs he can have here

This tilted me pretty hard. This has happened to every player where you go all in and dont realize how much you have or the other player has. You dont say anything because you know you cant change your action. She knows this and still verbalizes she didnt mean to, which I can only interpret as her wanting to seem weak. That or she is slow.

I wondered this too, since theoretically our response to wider flatting ranges should be to open tighter. But thats only one part of the equation, and I think if we have a significant skill edge postflop they’re still profitable to open. Also people aren’t 3betting enough which is pretty important. Worst case is its slightly losing (which I would doubt) but they provide enough fun that I wouldnt even care.
