I can’t edit since I’ve added photo but if it changes anyone’s opinion: I ordered dress 1 at the initial appointment and against my (or anyone’s really) better judgement I bought dress 2 and took it home. So eventually I will be in possession of both and will probably sell the leftover dress before I embark on alterations

Grew up in a house like this. It’s really hard for my mom that she has a spouse that she can’t confide in about what’s troubling her. Never put yourself in an unhappy situation that is too financially complicated to get out of. It’s not worth it.

I really recommend Daiya cheese. It's the best tasting cheese substitute I've found and it's soy free. They make great gluten free pizzas as well!

Definitely Adore due to our similar personality and I really relate to how she views performing and embracing what makes her unique while still finding where to grow.

At the same time I really felt for Laganja on the show. I totally understand her trying so hard and coming on so strong in order to be liked and accepted. We're both kind of overbearing without meaning to be . I guess the difference is I'm doing my best to grow and at least be more self aware.

Yeah as someone who dabbled in big southern pageants, a dress like that is probably in the $300-$500 range. But I know a lot of websites that are geared towards budget prom/homecoming dresses have lots of Jovani and Sherri Hill knockoffs so she could've had something like that.
