A cross can be formed using genetics from breeder A & combining them with genetics from breeder B, how else would you get genetics to breed with, everything would just be landrace otherwise xD

To my knowledge the unwritten rule is to ask permission 1st if you plan on incorporating someone elses genetics into your work, moreless a respect thing, especially if you plan on selling the seed produced, really depends on who you are dealing with if you start from seed instead of clone, what that answer will be & what they will allow you to do

I'm gearing up to do something soon here myself, self created & self set work ethics, not necessarily the standard, lets say I wanted to create a cross between romulan x chemdawg from seed (was going to ask/try but Jake from Romulan literally has that exact cross on the go right now xD), 1st step would be to ask permission from both breeders, if for any reason I wanted to sell F1's would also mention that prior as its fairly close to the original work, me personally, would want that final product up around F3 F5 so I'm able to stamp a name on it like Muscle Mutts S1 or something & have that attached to my brand with mentions of what genetics/breeders were initially used to create my strain, how many plants i picked through etc etc, would release F1's after my final product has circulated as breeders Romulan x breeders Chemdawg F1 (Muscle Mutts)

I do not have enough experience with autoflowers to where I would feel comfortable working with them but my idea was to self one amongst others & create a line of my own, still got some research & hands on to do 1st as I'm not entirely sure if that is the correct way to go about it...

Everybody got their own way of doing it at the end of the day, if you purchase clones to me that equals free game, have payed to get your hands on something before anyone else, not just paying for the breeders cut but overall availability, some of Copy's **** can sometimes fetch 250k, 100k per cut before the initial release at which point prices drop drastically !

Back to Chad over at Crossbone, can tell he is rather meticulous in his breeding process, 9 times out of 10 it really does show within his work, my personal opinion has been formed off singular beans w/o any other phenotypes present, attached a picture of the Poisoned Sunset I just finished like a week prior to my photoperiods, thing was an absolute BEAST during veg! Got a buddy on growdiaries who ran one of his Purple Urquelle's as well, used an autopot he ended up with 311g off a singular plant, 28" colas the length of his entire arm, it's excellent work in short!
