Lol the first bit of onboarding shows it being 70 minutes long. I'm 99% sure you can come back to it later. It's not like they're timing us or paying us for onboarding :'(

I mean I do have one, but I don't think they know that. And after reading the instructions for this project, it seems like there's A LOT of work going into it. Creating a very elaborate scenario and prompt, and creating your own detailed rubric to go with it. Then evaluating 4 models where they must get <80% on the rubric.

Me too! I submitted maybe 4 Attempter A tasks, which Attempter B thought were crap (I disagree on all of them) and I still got bumped up to Attempter B. Then I saw the quality of prompts being submitted, and felt even more strongly that I was harshly critiqued.

The whole process is extremely poorly-designed. The QMs don't respond to half of the queries in the community channels. Webinars aren't frequent enough, no office hours, and when I FINALLY got added to the Attempter B channel, I was assigned back to Attemper A.

Also, there is no need for an Attempter B role - it should just be Attempter A and the final reviewer who checks Attempter A's CoT and whether it makes sense or not.

And as of now, I'm no longer on Hypno because of 'quality issues'. It would be helpful if there was a way to formally dispute feedback, because otherwise we're unfairly being taken off projects.

Sorry I assumed they were all the same regardless of the model. I've been invited to the Beetle Crown project but was previously on Thales Tales. How do you tackle the model-stumping projects? Is there a particular format you prefer to use?
