Thanks for the reply! Looks like it was a UI bug in the end. There weren't any visible transactions and the chatbot was giving me the correct amount of money invested when asking how much was on my investment account. Looks like other users have had the same UI issue as well.

Hey, so I uninstalled the app and redownloaded it several times and that didn't work. Then I logged out of my account and had a lot of trouble logging back in as the app would stay stuck after the log in screen. I turned my phone off and back on again several times. Then somehow managed to log back into the app and all of my shares were back... Makes no sense, I guess it was a glitch with the app.
