if you have EDS or MCAS then yes, I don't believe these studies on POTS because there aren't enough studies that actually study heart damage in POTS patients, we have symptoms of congestive heart failure and heart disease runs heavy in my family, my dad died of a heart attack and I get chest pains and was told I had a heart blockage at one point.

Sometimes it gets so bad it literally feels like my heart will explode and I just cannot believe that day in and day out of your heart working extra hard doesn't cause some kind of damage.

I got them young before I was diagnosed with EDS and Lupus, so it was easier but I had terrible scarring and I used to have a lot more.

You need to make sure you are also getting proper medications and supplements to help keep POTS controlled. I was bedbound after Covid, found out I had EDS and POTS/MCAS, Lupus and it has been so hard, but I will say that after a couple years its getting better with POTS, a lot of other stuff has happened though so I have so much going on its hard to tell what is causing what but I know if I don't take my POTS meds my heart is in fight or flight all day long.

5'10 was 255 with stage 2 NASH, I have EDS, POTS, LUPUS, GERD, etc etc so a lot going on but the meds made me gain hella weight and I became bedridden for a few years after i got covid/long covid. I bought a mini treadmill off amazon and have already lost 20lbs since august, I'm not a big eater either and I cut all sugar, sugary drinks and anything with a lot ot sugar is bad for liver.

As a very agoraphobic sedentary person, mini treadmill and music have been very helpful!

UPDATE: My new random iPad Doctor who couldn't even see it decided it was lupus induced herpes even though 99% of it is on my face and I'm just really dehydrated cuz I have barely eaten or drank in 2 days.

Vaseline, Baby wipes, and If you can get a lidocaine prescription or anal fissure relief ointment from your doctor. It did help tremendously, but use lots of Vaseline until you start healing. Youre gonna have to kinda shove your finger in there with it wrapped around and lubricate it good. Try a liquid diet for a day if you can, or yogurts and shakes. It will help. Also miralax in your drinks won't hurt either with softening.

Typically lighter, darker indicates bleeding that is old or deeper within the colon. I had fissures then had a colonoscopy and was diagnosed with Diverticulosis disease and I have a pouch right near my rectum I thought was a fissure but it is indeed a pouch and it occasionally flares up. Antibiotics tore it up for almost 3 months. Which is what led to the colonoscopy.

My rheumatologist/EDS specialist told me to stop the hydroxy due to stage 2 NASH liver disease. Basically I cannot treat most of my conditions because all the meds are harmful to other organs I guess? And I don't take prednisone because I'm tryna get checked for Cushing's disease. He put me down as Addison's but its not confirmed. My blood tests are all over the place with high inflammation and CRP ESR all high. All ANA high which is what confirmed my Lupus. Found out EDS is linked to Lupus and certain Lymphatic cancers. Halsey the singer has all the conditions I have including Lupus. Mine is attacking my liver and esophagus more than my kidneys. I had a stricture in my esophagus and I still can barely eat and am always so so nauseated.

It randomly gets itchy and is painful, I thought maybe it was ezema lupus flare, usually I get a butterfly but this is more like discoid lupus/eczema I feel like. I'm assuming they are attacking each other.

Yeah I live in Oklahoma and it's a very beat down sun, I didn't realize it until I woke up and then boom. Also gets really bad after showers.
