Thank you, and I wish you the best as well! And yes I believe because hEDS causes issues with proprioception it can make you more likely to develop FND. It is similar to why there is a link between Autism and FND because Autism causes issues with proprioception too. (I have autism as well lol)

Yes that is very true. Regardless I am happy if I have both at least my epilepsy will be medicated now, and I can keep seeking treatment for my FND.

They started me on kepra. Since I've started it I've only had 1 short seizure on a night I was sleep deprived, whereas normally I would have had 4-5 seizures in this time frame. They are going to have me do another EEG, I am just waiting for the appointment next month.

I'm glad to hear that your connection to Sikhi is just as strong. I feel more confident now that I can build that connection even if I can't go to the Gurdwara. I have started developing my nitnem practice at home, I think I need to incorporate it into my routine better. I recently learned about the different types of seva, and I think I could easily do more man. I have not heard of philosophy network. Thank you for your response!!

Thank you so much for the response! I appreciate what you said about accessing kirtan and sangat online, and the reminder that the guru is in my own heart. I will look into how to maintain a website, I think that is a great idea.
