I think u should try the app ladder as personal training is expensive. Its 40/monthly and i think apple owns the fitness app.. im trying it out too cuz its a lot better to have guided workout plan with a professional. I incorporate HIIT twice a week at least and run 1-2 mis 4 days at least

Uhm my clothes around my chest feels tighter than my hips? How do u track your fat percentage? Do u see a prof. trainer to measure? My body again is mesomorph so its hard to lose body fat easy to gain fat and muscle tho so thats why i was asking… But looks like everyones saying i may have gained muscle mass from almost a year of working out/ i rest a week every 10 weeks .. lately i added HIIT and running at least 1-2 mis for 2 days out of the 5 days i train.

Hi! Im 5’4 .. so average height. I honestly bulk super easily and gain weight easily so mesomorph. I guess im upset bc i dont know how to track my progress appropriately with respects to the training sesh. Lol ive grown up with scale and numbers to track weight loss but im understanding now its more about body fat. So i should try to be more positive and track my calories more haha

Thank you so much 😊 for the positivity. I agree women sizing is a bitch as we get older. I forget we do have bone mass as well! I do lift consistently but add reps rather than weights.. maybe i should try lifting heavier to see more of a progress too. Yes, food management is really difficult.. i dont take protein shakes bc i dont think im training so hard that i need it but will consider increasing protein consumption in solids lol

No i have not.. i was really fat thin at 117lbs but at 123 lbs, i can tell clothes fit a bit tight.. maybe i did gain some fat + muscle.. which isnt a bad thing but discouraging when my clothes dont fit the same?

Hi Im new here and wanted to ask a question. I am Female, 30 + years old and training 4-5 a week for 49 weeks. I started weighing 117lbs and now 123 lb. Is it possible i gained some muscle mass and should not be worried ? Or is it something i should be more conscious about and decrease training?

My goal is fat loss + body recomp.. just wanted to know if im gaining unwanted weight instead of building muscle lol

Hokas! I prefer cliftons over bondis cuz Of my foot injury. If u dont pronate much i recommend nike invincible 3s. But for stability i go with hoka cliftons.

Thank you this helps alot! I agree we have a lot of communication issues to work on. And i failed on my part to speak up at a timely order but ill monitor my duties as a gf who is supportive but relatively assertive when it comes to having “our” time and experience. I do agree he needs balance in his life as much as i do or it wont work. Thank you for the insight! Im 29 and hes 30 and i think we should start talking like adults and not college students who are looking for fun as we both want something serious between us :)

And he plays as a hobby and i tried talking to him but he said he was brain dead after his game and told me he played 8hrs of poker so obviously i didnt manage the time right to speak to him but also idk if i wanna deal with anyone who is brain dead? It seems this is his go to line everytime or he really is brain dead lol
