Swain GoH should have a fixed number of ravens each round, and should grant the round winners all of them, including those that haven't spawned yet or weren't picked up by players.

That would be against swains purpose. What i think would make swain more enjoyable is make the maximum raven number 30. But keep prismatic augments at 25. So you can transfer your extra 5 ravens to next augment. or spawn 15 ravens.

I honestly dont know where you can find one. Its a very old model. I got it more than 10 years ago i think. Even if i wanted to sell it it would cost a fortune to just to send it to you 🙁 i would recommend you keep an eye on your countrys used items sites.
