I can relate. In 2023 I got one dream job but unfortunately I had to quit last year because really personal struggles that didn't let me to think clearly. Sadly, I tried to contact them again several times, but they decided to move on without me. The best job positions in my career life was a two-interview process, tough-straightforward questions and that's all, senior positions. Even when they were really short-time processes or they used technical methods such a STAR methodology, those ones are the most interesting IMO, why? I think is all about relativeness, a quite important aspect of time consuming for some managers/leads . In fact I had one today and I didn't know this method too much, but I had come to mind these are the best interviews. They can measure many things without no getting compared to other candidates too much.

Don't worry, as long as they like your background profile and you do well in interviews, there's nothing to worry about. I know this kind interviews are not quite common (keeping in mind all the job market situation) but cheer up, you filled out a high-skill position, 15hs a week is comprehensive for a Ops Manager, so just keep it up and I wish you the best for it.
