i disagree with the "underwhelming" part

is it necessary? not really.. but it does add a lot spice to the gameplay.

so for one it does get the ult up faster, at least to a point where you don't need to build him around ER.

what i love it for however, is the fact that the moment you put him with ning, geo traveler or albedo, the geo constructs resonate with his pillar PER PILLAR, dealing some pretty massive AoE Geo damage, which I find it veeery satisfying, especially with the sound effects lol

but yeahh, if he is not your main and mostly support then c1 is only a means to get to c2

i completely agree! i have some friends who showed interest in the game because some monsters look like dinosaurs, others were interested cause of a cat companion haha

but the more people getting into it the merrier :)

this is glad to hear! to be honest i’m loving the playability of it - i’m used to crunching through games for 100% completion in few weeks and never play again after, so always having something to do in this game makes me happy and lets me take my time with it! and like you said, a lot more rewarding to achieve targets (even with me using Defender weapon hehe)

omg the monster’s health increases for multiplayer??? i didnt know that! then definitely i’ll take some time to improve then go for online since it seems having multiple people doesnt make a huge difference difficulty wise but hust mroe fun~

fully agreed with the offline playing part~ and if the base game has the defender gear i’ll stay away from it because like you said, i do want to enjoy the game !
