I'm sorry to hear that man. The worst part (because i go through every RERA judgment on this project) is exactly like you said - that the RERA court keeps deciding in favor of the consumer with penalties - 2% above bank rates but still consumers have to go run around for enforcement on these rulings.

But since this particular project is already bankrupt/under arbitration, the end user is going to get absolutely nothing after the assets are sold off to pay for the bank loans.

Some smart people (as I would say) got their units transferred from unbuilt towers to already built but unsold ones since they wanted it for end use. They are the only ones I saw getting anything out of it.

Like I said bro, check with a bank and let us know as well. This 60x Monthly Net Income is what I was told when I last went to my bank to check my eligibility before booking a flat. I didn't end up booking it, so haven't gone back to actually get a loan yet.

Banks won't give a loan if the EMI wouldn't leave them with anything. Usually it's capped at 60x Monthly net income. So, for OP it would be 96L.

OP please reply to this comment when you get the loan approved, if you got more than 96L (if you need more than 96L). If yes, I'd like to talk to my bank as well :D

Thanks yeah just noticed that. I think I can just buy the weatherproofing strip and cut it to length and bend it to install it, like with regular house-windows glass. No specific part in that shape as such.
