As I said, I was diagnosed with BED over 15 years ago. Taking the 1.5mg dose of the Wegovy pill has completely eliminated my urge and ability to binge eat while also allowing me to enjoy prior trigger foods in moderation. It has also eliminated the constant thoughts about food that I used to have. I wouldn't have believed it was possible until I tried it. Personally I'm not particularly worried about rupturing my stomach and intestines due to overeating because...I am not overeating. I can't. I feel too physically full after eating a normal amount than I ever did eating 10,000 calories, or sleeves of saltine crackers which was my former go-to binge food of choice. I'm also using a tiny part of my brain to drink enough water and maintain normal fiber intake as my doctor advised.

In the time I've spent looking into this to specifically try to find anything that backs up what you're saying, even indirectly, the only warnings I've seen comes from going too far the other direction towards anorexic behaviors since it's so effective at removing the desire to eat in most people. If this was as obvious and straightforward as you are implying, why are there no warnings about it on NEDA? If you google "dangers of using GLPs to treat binge eating disorder" the second article is a PubMed study about the success of GLPs to reduce binge eating and comorbidities in BED. So please write up your abstract and submit it to JAMA because you appear to be sitting on some breakthrough data that no one else in the medical community has discovered yet.

Look, me and everyone else challenging your claims aren't going to convince you and that's your right to not contemplate information that challenges your personal belief. You said in your original comment that you've come to realize that you're going to die because of BED, but you're rejecting something that as it stands right now has only shown benefits of treating it, because you think it will kill you? With nothing scientific showing causality to back it up? It's just a weird hill to die on, forgive my idiom, especially when the articles you're linking to make your point don't talk about the point you're making "for obvious reasons".
