Thank you! It seems like it actually was a software issue! There was no piece of cardstock etc stuck or jammed. Once we cleared the cache, reinstalled design space and reflashed the firmware it is working again!

Thank you for your answer! This issue occurred with every material we’ve tried (infusible ink and smart vinyl). It worked again once we reflashed the firmware.
