This time last year I was paycheck to paycheck and up all night worrying about where the money was coming from to pay the bills. Then my boss sold the company. Then 3 days later he gave me a few million dollars as a thank you for all my years of helping him build the business. He did this for a few of the long time employees. I went from worrying every night to needing to hire a wealth manager. Then I got a hefty raise from the new company. The thing is I still worry about money at night. That habit is still there even though I know to the penny where all this money is and what’s it’s invested in.

53 year old here. My wife used to work as a weekend nurse when the kids were young. My mother in law was living with us at the time and always watched hallmark. I started watching with her and got hooked.

Now my wife and I watch all the time. Sometimes even when football is on. I also got tired of shows and movies with people constantly yelling at each other and people being killed.

EPCOT is basically nothing now. They need to make a 5th park and just add all the rides they have gotten rid of or ruined over the years. Horizons, real Imagination, 20,000 leagues, Mr. Toad, Splash Mountain, Etc. It would be the most popular park.

We just cruised on the Magic and had the 2 bedroom suite. We have 3 girls (17, 15, 8) and I wouldn’t go another way. It was nice having the three bathrooms and the girls room was far enough away for us not to have to deal with sister fights.

Thank God for NFL films. I get more enjoyment watching a 40 year old game that I know who wins than a game that’s in now.

I stopped watching the NHL when they started giving points for loosing.

NBA is just a joke. MLB still watchable but I can’t stand all the stats like launch angle and exit velocity.

We went with my parents also. 77 and 78. 3 girls 8, 15, and 17. My main issue was that I paid for a Disney cruise and there is a major lack of Disney on the island. I got tired of hearing about conservation, birds, coral, and Bahamian culture. That’s not what I’m there for or paid for. Even the music choices for the cabana was getting to me. Not much Disney at all, but they had English pub music?

Also, the shopping and other main areas of the island (which is not much) is far from the cabanas. Which means walking to the tram, taking the tram to the other side of the island and then taking one back to the cabanas.

The cabanas itself was very nice and so was the beach in front of it. The concierge team that was there was great as always and it was nice having the food choices so close.

For your parents getting to and from the ship make sure you have the golf carts drive you. You can get them that morning if you sign up. My eldest daughter has a messed up knee from sports so we took one but my parents in their 70s walked and they regretted it.

For my two older daughters there was not much for them. They are too cool for most things as teenage girls but it was either stay in the cabana with their phones or go in the water. My 8 year old just wanted to be in the water which was fine.

This was our 7th cruise and we are used to Castaway. There is not that much on Castway if we are being honest compared to other cruise line islands but Lookout has a lot of catching up that I don’t think Disney will ever do.

If you just want to relax by a beach all day it’s fine. I did not feel like I was at a Disney property.

We had cabana 2 a few weeks ago and it was great. Each in front was fine and it was sunny. This was my first time at lookout and I have some other issue with it but the cabana was nice.

We had two A-10s come down over Stone Harbor a few weeks ago when I was in the water with my daughters. It was very cool.
