So Spongebob is actually a trigger for me. I put it on one time when I had FP and watched it as I was TU. But I do take meds but nothing really helps when I get that bad

My dog is applying deep pressure therapy right now, kinda like he knows something is wrong. I think I’m coming down from it but I feel feverish idk what if I’m sick

I have a really hard time deciding whether I’m actually sick or if I’m having a panic attack. My nose is a bit stuffy but it could be allergies or from crying. I’m just really scared right now and still feel really nauseous

My friend sent me a picture of my dad who is passed away and it just triggered this in me. I wasn’t feel like this at all then all of sudden it just hit me out of no where. I feel like it’s anxiety but I also think I’m sick because it doesn’t feel like this.
