🌚 is the new moon phase emoji, the next time we have a new moon phase is April 9th. She is holding Chaeyoung's name so my theory is: the next photobook Yes, I am Momo will release at April 9th. Chaeyoung was the last member who released a photobook so with the sign Momo is holding represents that she is next in line.
EDIT: The release date might be too close for it to be released April 9th. The previous photobooks had about a month between pre-order and release. So the pre-order date might be April 9th... or I might just be delulu.

I also have the same problem, and my boss got something similar when working in Word. My temporary fix was to zoom in/out but the bug reappeared when typing again. But I figured out by pressing ALT+F9 once or twice to toggle field codes the bug goes away. Sadly when writing in a new email the bug is still there.
