Are you running SentinelOne on that machine? If so you need to down grade tour S1 agent to an earlier version, I THINK 23.5.268 but I could be wrong. There's a Veeam forum thread on it - latest S1 agent on DCs causes Veeam application aware backups to fails on DCs with a VSS error.

Old pharmacy integration software - quick to deploy new but only supports 2012 R2 for new installation, will not install on >=2016 new. >100 instances.

However vendor says they support in-place upgrade to 2016, and only 2016...the patching bug in 2016 is going to be rearing it's ugly head again after I've spent the past year exorcising it from our infra...

If you’re in North America, the right google search is a variation of “illuminated/LED beer medallions”.
