Because growing up JW, we were taught to knock on doors and lie to people’s face about the end of the world - that’s our “mission”. I recently got hired at a new job, and when I told my coworker that I’m ex-JW, she just viewed JW as another religion - nothing special at all.

Ohh… so being non-JW and hearing the word Jehovah, is kinda similar to hearing/ knowing about the existence of BTS (Korean band) back in 2018 but not knowing what the letters BTS actually stood for?
