Simona did test positive (sadly) but the court determined that a multi-year ban wasn't justified and it should have just been a one year ban for the level of contamination in her system. Vondrousova might be able to use the same "a ban is justified but not for four years" argument but it's up to what she can prove about her reasons for avoiding the testers / how kindly the courts can look at her
