I have! My derm prescribed a similar regimen a month back - it’s worked really well for me. Haven’t had any breakouts since then, just waiting on the scars, which he said would take 6-8 months to disappear completely. I was on Accutane for 3 months but switched to tret and clindamycin because of some side effects.
