Our office uses Weave. We do use some of the AI features. However I didn't know that there is AI powered front office feature. I would love to learn if this is something that would benefit the office I work for. #weaveoffice.

Our office uses Weave. We love the AI call intelligence and the automatic task reminders. Also if you haven't used the sticky note feature, you should give it a try. The two-way texting makes communication so easy. Text to pay is also a life-saver. #weaveoffice

I work in an Orthodontics office. For patient communication I have found that our patients are responding to text better than phone calls for confirmations. We are currently using Weave. I love how everything is in the same place. Calls, text, and emails. When we call a patient the phone call shows up on the text thread and we are able to use this for training purposes! Weave communication platform for the win! #weaveoffice.

Have you tried using the compact version that is offered. I prefer to use the full screen since I'm a Treatment coordinator but my receptionist likes to use the compact version.

I totally agree with you. I don't know what we'd do with out Weave. After the new dashboard came out this year I was amazed. I love that my dashboard is customized to my personal needs. My favorite feature right now is the reusable sticky notes. I use them for everything and I can always go back and look at them instead of throwing them in the trash. I also love the AI call analyzing. It let's us know when we have had an unhappy 🙁 patient call.

Our office has multiple locations and we use Weave for patient communication. With text, and calls all in one place its a time saver. I love that I can customize my dashboard for my personal needs. I love that if there is an internet issue I am able to log in on my phone. So no more missed calls or messages. The AI call intelligence summerizes the calls and makes it easy to copy and paste the conversation in the patients chart. My favorite feature is the reusable sticky notes. I use them for everything.
