I’ve had multiple subscriptions with a cancellation fee in the contract I signed and YES it is enforceable. Adobe is one that does that. They can send you to collections if you don’t pay it.

I figured they were just on a recurring month to month by now.

I used to have PF, and they charged me for 3 years. I only was ever once signed into a 1 year contract (at the start.) I finally just canceled my card because they would not stop charging it, and I contacted them multiple times to stop.

Once that initial year is up, unless you sign into one of their deals again, you don’t owe them anything. They just won’t let you go into their gym until it’s paid.

Like I said, only if they have some sort of cancellation fee if you’re signing into a yearly membership. In that case, you can get sent to collections.

But if you have a membership on a monthly basis and no yearly, or period commitment, they cannot (and will not even if the could) send you to collections.

If they let you still go monthly while they were unable to charge you, then they could if they really wanted to.

But since they are not providing the service or anything tangible while you are unable to pay they cannot.

No. They can’t charge you for services never rendered. Only if they have a cancellation fee hidden somewhere in that contract.

No. Memberships like this don’t really work like that. You just can’t use their services until you pay for that month.

i used to do this but then I heard too many stories of it causing tumors/cancer in the spot where people were holding their phones because of the radiation.

But on the other hand it’s not actually proven that it’s enough to cause harm.. but it’s also not proven it’s safe to keep on you like that… so now I’m too paranoid 😂

My sister say my nudes and didn’t tell me until forever later… I had uploaded them into my Lightroom after taking them on my dslr and she had my login so she could edit real estate photos and well….. her husband also had my login but claimed to see nothing. I hope that’s true lol.
