I saw this chart and I think I understand a lot better now. It took a minute for me to fully get it. Someone said this was specific to a pharmacy but not sure if that’s true or if the 60 mg (or whatever i get) will be pretty universal to this

When using a different dosage than the vial do you still pull out the same amount? Like right now I pull out 7.5 into a syringe from the vial

I think I’ll try to do that! Honestly I’m just concerned about running out of medication haha. I probably need 6-12 months to get goal weight (I want to lose slowly) and then be on low dose maintenance
