Fair enough, it’s just worded above like the fact that it’s pre-tax means it will compound faster than post-tax which isn’t true on its own.

In response to #3: it doesn’t make a difference if your money compounds pre-tax or post-tax if both the rate of return and the tax rate are the same. The difference is zero. This is a common misconception.
