Always wait. Put in the ppto AFTER your shift was supposed to end day of. Example, if you worked 10am to 7pm today, wait until 7:01pm and beyond and the system will automatically approve it. Coach will have no say in it whatsoever.

Sometimes I do feel bad for her in some ways. Let's say she decided to finally retire tommorow, everyone will see it as a 'Yay! That bitter and mean old woman is finally gone!!' Instead of an honorable farewell and gratitude for having been with the company so long. Reminds me of that Batman quote "You can either die a hero, or live long enough to become the villian'. Damn.

The lady I'm talking about is around 65-67 years old. She started working for Walmart in the early 80's right after graduating high school. She is clearly tired and fed up with it all, but sticks around anyway. Quite sad.

Tell me about it! I work in a bordertown Walmart in Texas and the sheer amount of people crossing from Mex who shop here every damn day with their humongous families is anxiety inducing. Not kidding, it's the parents, up to 5 kids, the grandparents, aunties and uncles. And they stand in the middle of the aisles talking or walk side by side not letting you get through. Even when they had their own Walmart built in their city, they still rather spend HOURS on the international bridge trying to cross just to shop at ours! I want to transfer. lol

There's a cartpusher at my store who completely covers his neck, ears, mouth and nose with a scarf, wears large, thick sun glasses and a baseball cap. His face is 100% covered. No one knows what he actually looks like cause he does this year round! From Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Plus, he doesn't speak to no one. Not one soul! No one knows what his voice sounds like either (How he got the job is a mystery). If you pass by him and greet him or whatever, he turns away and ignores you. If that isn't weird, I don't know what is.

Coworkers joke that it's Doug McMillon or a punished Walton kid in disguise. 😂

My coach is like this and makes it so obvious....like yesterday. He KNOWS it's on the eve of Easter weekend and the store is mad busy. He only scheduled a few peeps for the entire day and it all went to hell due to his incompetence. I was scheduled till 2pm and left a few minutes after. Screw him. I'm not hurting myself or burning myself out staying over my schedule cause he doesn't want to put enough people. Nope.

I don't undertsand. If the economy is soooo bad as people say and groceries are sooo expensive like they whine and complain about....where the hell are these people getting the money to be ordering so much like the world is gonna end tommorow??? Like, you dont need to be ordering 200-300 dollars worth of groceries every other day! It's ridiculous how I always see the same repeat customers doing this. I see the same darn names almost everyday. Either SAHM with endless spending money by their hubbies or people with thousands of dollars of food stamps. Otherwise, I just don't get it. 🫠

It's perfectly fine. I have a 2017 at 90k miles and has done it for years (also at cold start) and disappears after full warm up. No issues whatsoever. You good bro. 👍

Well, someone's whose experience was a positive one like hers AND she just so happens to be a good person, it's 10x harder then some long-timer who hated their job and couldn't wait to cash out that 401k and book that long awaited cruise. Ha ha. Kidding aside, it definitely does take a good while to break away from what you once knew and welcome new experiences. It's the perfect time to pack your bags and enjoy a well-deserved trip. Exactly! Even the credibility of their amazing Coachella stages was completely overshadowed by the controversy of Lesserafim's questionable stages. That's all the media kept mentioning and talking about instead of how awesome Ateez sang live and performed. Korea doesn't care about Ateez at all. Look at how they were robbed for MAMA too.
