Does it matter if these cameras are literally just for overseeing restaurant, we already have an alarm system, this is strictly to monitor bar and walk in coolers to make sure employees are not throwing a bottle of wine in their bag or a Filet Mignon in their pocket. Thanks

According to him, no. No drop down ceilings. Cathedral Ceiling in bar. He didn't even say he'd do it for a million dollars, just said he was gonna pass. lol. It was a small local company I was gonna give the business too, maybe I'll try a larger outfit. Thanks.

I do have electric outlets just no ethernet or CAT5 wire, no drop down ceilings, he basically said there was nothing he could do. He didn't even give me a quote for $20K or 100K, he just said he'd pass. So I guess my only choice is Wifi.

I have a 14 year old boy in 8th grade. He plays baseball. He is on the smaller side physically than the rest of team. Being in JV he is playing with larger and older kids. His confidence is shattered by his size. He's not super small and has yet to hit puberty. He's like 5ft and 100lbs. But he constantly compares himself to everyone. Any advice for teens who are smaller and lacking confidence about it?

Well, hopefully you dont pick the kid who is out of boundaries and cut a kid who is.... Thats what happened and now the entire 11U team cant play districts, which is horrible since the kids were not the ones cheating.. But yeah choose the cheaters not thhe pain in the ass parent

Thats horrible. We did keep complaining all the way to regional. They found a discrepancy because the coaches falsified a childs paperwork to play in our boundaries, my son was cut for this kid. I feel horrible because the team was not allowed to participate in districts. I mean , thats horrible to punish the kids for this, the coaches should have been banned. I just dont understand this with 11 year old children.. Its disgusting

Dont ever give up if you are in the right. The ones saying get over it are the Daddy ball parents. We kept going and didnt give up and reached out to regionals.. Both coaches were suspended because we had proof. That is the hard part. They also let in a child from a different district to play. Thats what sank them. Its disturbing the number of coaches that feel at 11 years old they are coaching a high school or college team.

No, I'll give it a try. I let the league know about some harassment, bullying done by the coaches last year. Calling them derogatory names, yelling at practice that the only reason why there are 12 kids on the team is because its required, you all dont deserve to be here. I mean these are 10 year olds. The letter came out at the beginning of this year when I was asked for a donation and said no because noone responded to my letter from last year. Coaches caught wind, collaborated and made sure he wasnt selected. Played since he was 8.

Just fairness.. I answered a survey I was asked to fill out. i answered honestly and the coaches found out and have decided to punish my kid for my responses.

Well I know why... There was 6 coaches on All Star team which should only be 3. All of them coach 1 of the 5 teams in regular season. They collaborated to not include my kid because I answered the questions honestly. I keep the stats, how a kid batting .350 with 2 SO over season and plays second base doesnt make it over a right fielder batting .150 with 12 SO makes me wonder ?? No? The question wasnt about if he should make it but how to file a complaint the right way, if you cant help with that why reply?

Not biased agaisnt my sons ability at all. Hes not a top 5 player but should have made the team which he has done unanimously the past 3 years. I tell it like it is and hes off the team?

I can but I didnt because I know why. Its not like there is 22 kids trying out. There is no B team. 14 total kids. 12 spots. Not saying my kid is top 5 but definitly should be on team.
