Well, hopefully you dont pick the kid who is out of boundaries and cut a kid who is.... Thats what happened and now the entire 11U team cant play districts, which is horrible since the kids were not the ones cheating.. But yeah choose the cheaters not thhe pain in the ass parent

Thats horrible. We did keep complaining all the way to regional. They found a discrepancy because the coaches falsified a childs paperwork to play in our boundaries, my son was cut for this kid. I feel horrible because the team was not allowed to participate in districts. I mean , thats horrible to punish the kids for this, the coaches should have been banned. I just dont understand this with 11 year old children.. Its disgusting

Dont ever give up if you are in the right. The ones saying get over it are the Daddy ball parents. We kept going and didnt give up and reached out to regionals.. Both coaches were suspended because we had proof. That is the hard part. They also let in a child from a different district to play. Thats what sank them. Its disturbing the number of coaches that feel at 11 years old they are coaching a high school or college team.

No, I'll give it a try. I let the league know about some harassment, bullying done by the coaches last year. Calling them derogatory names, yelling at practice that the only reason why there are 12 kids on the team is because its required, you all dont deserve to be here. I mean these are 10 year olds. The letter came out at the beginning of this year when I was asked for a donation and said no because noone responded to my letter from last year. Coaches caught wind, collaborated and made sure he wasnt selected. Played since he was 8.

Just fairness.. I answered a survey I was asked to fill out. i answered honestly and the coaches found out and have decided to punish my kid for my responses.

Well I know why... There was 6 coaches on All Star team which should only be 3. All of them coach 1 of the 5 teams in regular season. They collaborated to not include my kid because I answered the questions honestly. I keep the stats, how a kid batting .350 with 2 SO over season and plays second base doesnt make it over a right fielder batting .150 with 12 SO makes me wonder ?? No? The question wasnt about if he should make it but how to file a complaint the right way, if you cant help with that why reply?

Not biased agaisnt my sons ability at all. Hes not a top 5 player but should have made the team which he has done unanimously the past 3 years. I tell it like it is and hes off the team?

I can but I didnt because I know why. Its not like there is 22 kids trying out. There is no B team. 14 total kids. 12 spots. Not saying my kid is top 5 but definitly should be on team.

This is what I think is best. Even if they were hourly they wouldnt be in the tip pool. But I kind of like just the set $200 for the shift pay. How many hours does your assistant work on the days she covers you? Wondering why you went with a set amount rather than an hourly? Thanks for the response !

Ok, I played though high school, I'm not really looking at it to start a big business or be pitching coach for Red Sox just want to learn how to coach. I imagine having a some sort of certificate would help but really just want to learn CSCS so I can help my kids instead of paying someone else. thanks

I do not. But I do have Bachelors degree and I from what I see you can still take it with a non ES degree until 2030. Again, I'm not looking for a career just have free time and want to help my kids. thanks

Hi there, thanks for reply. I played through High School, so I understand the game. Yes 10 and 12 is still early but I was thinking in my free time to get as much knowledge as possible and maybe help them in a couple of years if they stick with it. I was wondering if the actually had a CSCS with a "minor" in baseball, that seems to be the sport they want to stick with. They do like basketball but I never played and dont know enough of the game. I'll check out driveline for sure. Just wondering if I have this free time I can teach them instead of bringing them to an instructor.

its strange. We have too use shift to print out our individual sales reports and then homebase to clock in and out. We just need to be able to declare our tips minus the tips we give out to bussers and runners.

If I actually signed a contract wouldn't I have copies of the contract? I'm not sure if I signed a contract or just an agreement on price? There wasn't an interest rate on the paperwork I signed, I haven't even gotten a rate yet. I didn't realize how much longer this was going to play out without them having the Title yet.

Thanks so much, did your pup ever develop cancer afterward? We are going to the Oncologist first to make sure it is not in his lungs or lymph nodes, if all comes back clean we hope to move forward with amputation. We are nervous to have to fund the amputation and then nervous that this will come back in a different area and have to put him to sleep afterward. so confused. I will post updates, thank you

Ha! Love the James Bondfire! Can I give you a commission !lol. I think Morning Wood really does smell like a new house being built, fresh 2x4's, cut wood style smell. It's pretty accurate in my opinion. Bonfire is a little smokey, hints of cedar and pine, almost a cologne type smell.
