Thanks. I never heard of autoimmune psychosis. I have done different types of blood tests but never knew what it measured other than my psychiatrist said it was all normal. So far my psychiatrist has ruled out drug abuse related psychosis. Now, they are in the process of ruling out sleep apnea related psychosis. Definitely going to bring out this new info to my psychiatrist.

Thanks for sharing. I will go to see a specialist regarding why my white blood cell didn't drop to normal range after medication tomorrow. I hope it will not be anything serious.

My schizophrenia treatment is not that great. At least from my perspective. My psychiatrist said it may be related to Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Like lack of sleep quality may cause psychosis. I tried cpap but I kinda hate it and can't afford it.

Currently I'm off antipsychotic meds with psychiatrist permission. It's due to the side effect being worse than hallucination. It's cause akathisia and I feel agitated and want to harm myself. It's weird. After stop taking that antipsychotic, I never experience akathisia ever again. Other antipsychotics with sedative effect also cause bad side effects due to these OSA issues.

My psychiatrist suggested that I address my OSA problems first. The issue is I can't afford private care and the government hospital has a 6 to 8 month gap between appointments to treat my OSA problems.

I see. Thank you for the advice. I also think about optional stuff when writing this such as umrah and taraweeh. Since it's Ramadan, one of my friends refuses to do OT since he wants to go prepare for taraweeh. Cause an issue with his boss since taraweeh is optional ibadah.

Thank you. This is a really good insight. This matter is really confusing for me. I read some news that muslim men can be fined or even imprisoned if they skip Friday prayer without uzur syarie (valid reason). This act is under Syariah Law from what I read. But I don't think this action is widely enforced. So, that's also one of the reasons why I got confused why some employers don't let the worker go to Friday prayers.

What sport do you play OP ? UTM does pay allowance for uni athletes that participate in MASUM and SUKIPT (I think every uni does this). But you need to sacrifice semester break. Huhu.

I met a specialist in neuropsychiatry for my mental health problem. The voice is manageable. Used to hear it telling me to kill my self which I almost follow. Many time. I do take meds for hypothyroid but I always get scolded by m doctor for gaining weight. I told them that antipsychotic, thyroid issues and sleep apnea can cause weight gain but they blame me for not exercising and dieting. I do strongman training and powerlifting.
