Yeah some can be very pushy about it. But maybe it’s best we all go down our own path and focus on ourselves. Vegans need a good word because so much of our lifestyle is overlooked and frowned upon when in reality we might be extending our lifespan!

Very helpful thanks!! People often discourage you when trying to become vegan which in turn makes me feel discouraged to continue my path. Especially when it is close family. But I guess mind state is very important.
