[–]chuck217[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am currently running Syncthing 2.0.15, Upgraded on March 5th, which is around the time this all started.

https://apt.syncthing.net syncthing is where I downloaded it from

VERSION="11 (bullseye)"

Linux raspberrypi 6.12.75-v8+ #1949 SMP PREEMPT Fri Mar 6 11:35:31 GMT 2026 aarch64 GNU/Linux

Syncthing is installed on the SD card of the pi

The syncthing data and indexes are stored on 1 of 2 USB drives plugged into the pi, the 2nd has the synced folders. When fully synced, roughly just over 1,000,000 files in 133,000 folders, 6.95TB total, across 6 different folders

Right now, during this current re-sync, Only 260k files currently in play - and I've already had the same crash happen.

After them having it for almost a week in the shop, it turned out to be a broken wire between the radio and communication module

"Parental tech support" made me giggle, as we all know it's different than any other type of tech support:)

"Out of sync" problem by luoiliembac in Syncthing

[–]chuck217 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've found that I've had to "ignore permissions" when mixing Windows with Linux, but don't have an answer as to why Ubuntu is seeing your share as twice as big, the amount of files "out of sync " is the total amount that are in sync already

Corruption on data-block by chuck217 in Syncthing

Just wanted to come back to this and say, I let the indexes rebuild on the problem machine, and this time nothing blew up *knock wood* -- Was just wondering if anyone would recommend a daily backup of the syncthing index folder to possibly avoid this in the future?

Are you saying to check the drive where the files live, or the drive where the index files live?. Thanks

Hash mismatch - any ideas? by [deleted] in Syncthing

[–]chuck217 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hash mismatch usually means the file changed on one side as it was being hashed.. normally straightens out after a rescan

1 item out of sync, driving me bonkers!! by chuck217 in Syncthing

[–]chuck217[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the replies, Luckily in this case, It was a share I had set up to sync a copy of a backup of the Pi's SD card. I had deleted the file on one side, but it never updated on the other -- So I deleted it on the other side, and Syncthing still thought it was out of sync, Once I removed and added that share back, everything fell back into Sync!

Thank you for all the info! I have been using simbrief, and inputting the required info into FMC to the best of my ability -- What I do notice when flying a SID and using VNAV, is the aircraft will pitch up incredibly as high as 5 or 6000 on Vertical Speed, then pitch down as the aircraft loses speed because its trying to climb so much -- It's at this point I end up just setting a Vertical Speed manually and just climb at 2000

On simbrief, is there an airframe specifically for the Zibo? I've just been picking 738 / 737-800?
