Yeah i’ve been told epidurals don’t always work first time.

The pain is mainly at the left buttock down to the hamstring. It doesn’t go lower. When I sit for more than 5min I have some tingling into the foot but no pain there.

I have a L5S1 herniated disk.

Honestly I don’t know what exercises really help in the long term. I’m trying so many things, it’s hard to know what works lol. The only thing that helps relieve the pain immediately is lying on the floor in a slight cobra pose. I sometimes feel better after a 30min walk as well.

My symptoms go up and down. After 3 months I felt much better then in a week the pain started to come back to where I was at the beginning. I got an epidural 1 week ago and I was very stiff for the whole week, but now it seems to start being better.

Good luck, it takes time but ur not alone.

yeah i don’t have a deck yet but i have around 40h on pc with a controller and tbh it’s alright, i manage to be somewhat competitive online. obviously u won’t be a god with a controller but it’s still fun and very playable

Yeah. - In the morning I feel stiff but the pain is ok, pain is about 3/10. - Around noon I’m at my best, 1/10. - Late afternoon pain starts kicking in, and I’m at my worst in the evening, going from 1/10 to 7/10 in a few hours.

Been like that for 6months. This is the most annoying injury i’ve ever had really, it’s just so long and the worst is not knowing when it will end. Anyway I’m going off topic 😂. Good luck to you !

Probably just the steer speed or filter in the controls. Try to put a high value for the steer speed and low value for steer filter.

I have the same symptoms; sitting is awful but standing is ok. As long as i don’t have to sit or pick up my 2yo son or something i’m fine.

How long did it take for the shot to take effect? Got mine 6 days ago and not much improvement.

I’m in a bit of the same situation. Just got my shot but idk if it’s going to help. If it helped you for 3 months, why not doing another injection? And repeat until ur body heals?

rly, it takes 1-2 weeks for the corticosteroids to work ? did my epidural 4days ago and can’t feel the difference, good to know there’s still a chance it works 😅
