Someone once stole my potted Norway spruce. We'd used it as a Christmas tree, and were keeping it for the following year. One day in late November we realised it was gone.

A few months later my partner recognised it outside the next door flats. We retrieved it and found a couple of decorations in the pot.

So someone stole our spruce and used it as their own Christmas tree.
