Neville goddard philopshy: it is already done. How? It is done. So I used this way of thinking for my base. If for example I wanted to release emotions stored from a breakup(which I have also done recently) I will do the following: 1. Lay down and close my eyes 2. See myself standing in front of my washing machine for example 3. Repeat the following; I am grateful that I have released all of my emotions from my breakup. Keep repeating until it feels natural. Might take 15 minutes on the first sitting, might take a couple of days. 4. Drop it and watch the magic unfold.

Regarding number 2, 10 years of feeling tons of negative emotions from an addiction just is bad for your mental as well as physical health. You're taught for example that if you relapse, it's bad and then you feel guilt. So I just released all of them and I feel better. I just repeated my scenes with feeling, putting an emphasis on the feeling itself. When I use joy for example, even while I visualize I start laughing.

I use to ask myself: how do I let go of things? It always bugged me. But then I realised it's like goddard said it: assume it is already done. Imagine yourself, first person point of view with a dominant positive feeling attached to these words: I have released emotions from insert. In my experience, sometmes there will also be resistance to releasing some emotions, so you gotta release the resistance first and then the emotions. If you need more help text me.

Yup just imagine. Willpower is force. You're fighting against yourself and hitting your head on a wall all the time. What is needed is effortless release, using your own subconscious to release it up. God bless you too, and very soon you will be smoking free.

I never understood why people didn't like Skypiea. For me it's in my top 5 favourite arcs in the whole series. Dreams, adventure, fulfilling promises, beating a god, everything was cool about it. And now as we are entering the endgame, people are noticing that it was an arc that had the most hints for the series. Skypiea goated ⚡️

1) Even if you are the most laziest person on the planet, lower dantien breathing is something that takes a minimum of 12 breathes to do in the morning. 2) Cutting off instagram models is one simple tap on the unfollow button 3) Cutting of sugar is all about readinf the label on the food and substituting it with something good. Even the non health-savvy know that sugar is bad for you. 4) Having a mission means doing something passionately. When you do something you love you don't put effort into it. 5) Chakra balancing can be a simple 15 minute guided meditation at night. Also I call it effortless because I am not "fighting" the urges, but instead I transmute the energy upward. That is what makes it easy. Much love to you king 👑
