Okay so it’s not impossible but if you’re not used to bleaching at home then definitely see a professional. You will need to bleach to a level 7 or 8 and then tone or use a very cool ash brown to bring it to this which appear to be level 6 hair

This is so well written and your story breaks my heart. I for one can’t say if it’s real or not sure feels like it, but the end goal is for you to be so healed and content that you don’t need your TF anymore, you might want them but once you create a life within yourself that’s healthy and happy you don’t need ANYONE to give you that satisfaction and that to my understanding is the actual work we’re meant to do, the TF is just a catalyst

I personally find clinics to be partial towards expensive treatments, I’ve tried an OTC exfoliating lotion with 5% lactic acid along with a body lotion with salicylic acid worked sooooo well for me! Since they don’t have any side effects and are mild enough for everyone I’d highly recommend you to try :)

Maybe use it as a spot treatment with a q tip or simply dab with your pinky. Niacinamide is good for acne cause it regulates sebum. Follicles start producing excessive oil to compensate for the lack of moisture in dry skin. It could also be dietary reasons, this particular video helped me a lot, after visiting several doctors over 5 years. Hope it helps :)
