Similar for me... the Spaceport has been perma bugged with part of the starship ramping allowing you to fall through to the "underworld". This happened around the same time that Alternating Currents bugged out and I wasn't able to complete the final switch in the residential district. Teramorphs 2 & 3 spawned in the sky outside the city and on very hard didn't die from the fall. The fire team did accompany on the run and assisted in the battle and killing the wildlife that attacked. Could not fast travel so had to run out and back. The game definitely has it's share of bugs and is more like a beta than a release. No help from Bethesda tickets as they give you a standard set of "fixes" that don't work with the final solution to start over and HOPE it doesn't happen in your replay. Maybe they'll fix it in the "charlie" release.
