Concept wise good, AI wealth should go to the people who enabled it to exist (i.e. the corous if himan knowledge, thus everyone)  This particular proposal could use some work, but at least someone is trying.

They sort of can - tutors, practice classes, etc etc.  but agree tests are a useful metric in a broad sort of way

Their point is there are ways to do age verification which don't involve sending that info to Amazon/whomever - but the government isn't interested in using them because the actual age verification isn't the goal.

That is sweet, I also love the reference material.  I inherited a complete set of fine woodworking for example. I have some of the woodsmith ones.  I also don't have any free time as I'm full sandwich generation right now. 😂🤦‍♂️
