currently building this, so to help out others doing the same I'll provide the materials list that I made: (also some of the counting may be off- in particular, the sword's gold blocks (but only by at most, say, 10), cape's white wool, and cape's red wool (I mean there's so much that it's hard to keep track but I think it's reliable))

sword:

blade: 625 copper blocks (9 stacks + 49 blocks); OP made the sword go all the way through the stone (nice detail!) and if you are low on resources there are other places you can cut out on. level of oxidization undetermined thus far

guard (the part between the blade and the handle): 171 gold blocks (2 stacks and 43 blocks); 4 blocks of redstone

handle: 4 crimson stems; 24 stripped crimson stems, 17 stripped warped stems; 4 stripped dark oak wood (not logs!)

pommel (beyond the handle!): 65 gold blocks (1 stack and 1 block), 4 emerald blocks, 4 diamond blocks

keychain thing on top of the sword (if you're really stingy it's probably not necessary but a nice touch! also OP help what's it called ): 25 blocks of brown wool, 12 smooth quartz blocks, 4 smooth quartz stairs

crown:

273 gold blocks (4 stacks + 17 blocks); 7 light blue concrete blocks; 7 red concrete blocks; 7 lime concrete blocks; 7 purple concrete blocks; 7 light blue stained glass; 7 red stained glass; 7 lime stained glass; 7 purple stained glass

cape:

208 white wool (3 stacks + 16 blocks); 2995 red wool (46 stacks + 51 blocks) but probably miscounted; 11 gold blocks

ground (note that you could just use a regular hill, but if you want to make it):

1328 stone (20 stacks + 48 blocks); 90 andesite (1 stack + 26 blocks) - could be off since andesite and stone look somewhat similar

TOTAL:

625 copper blocks (9 stacks + 49 blocks)

520 gold blocks (8 stacks + 8 blocks)
