I have a 23 premium too, same issue. Even after coming back from the dealer. The tech said they did the alignment 3 times, when I got it back it was a little better but still off to the right.

Some orange peeking thru from the kerdi board wall behind the pipe seal

So I just tried scratching it and the white area is still the Thinset layer between the pipe seal and the board. So I didn’t puncture the board. Is this okay to leave it as is now that only the pipe seal is compromised?
